Great service and salesmanship....BUT....
Could have gotten 5 stars.... but heard back from R and F and ignored my remarks and only cared about the stars so I am taking stars back!!! Great service and salesmanship! Thank you Joe for putting up with us!! Put together a great combo. Now if you can get your company to stay true to their ads.... a sale is a sale and when one customs an order they should get the sales price and pay the fabric fee.... not regular price AND fabric fee!!!! You are only ones in area doing so. Going to Pilgrim Furniture stores next time.

Stopped by to look at your mattress selection and with John Kearney's help, I was able to make a selection that day. John was very knowledgeable and took as much time as was needed.

Dining room set purchase
We were able to find the appropriate dining room set within 15 minutes and had the paper worked processed within 15 minutes thereafter, and out the building within 45 minutes. The sales person that helped us was very polite and friendly and made sure we understood what we were getting.

Wrong item delivered. No return/exchange once you accepted them.
I went to buy a mattress and foundation. I don't think the rep was very interested in helping me find the very best mattress for me. He didn't explain that I would NOT be able to return or exchange once they were delivered. I wish he had, because when my bedframe was delivered later by my mover and put the foundation and mattress on, I found out the foundation (split) were not matching, so they lay uneven. A week later, the bedframe collapsed, because of the gap. I would never shop there nor recommend them for my friends.
