Our salesperson was great. We loved the furniture we picked out BUT my kitchen set has had to be sent back two times now because of damage to the set when it was delivered.

We had a pleasurable experience buying furniture yesterday. Our sales rep, Randee was very nice, knowledgeable and patient with us. The store manager Dan was extremely helpful too.

Sales staff is excellent.
My mother-in-law was looking for chairs to fit a small room in her house. Sharon really took her time to find a comfortable but small couple of chairs to fit the room.

Make sure you buy a warranty
We went to pick out a replacement couch. The one we purchased was 1 year old and sagged and was uneven. There were two other customers there that were also returning their couches. Makes me wonder what quality R&F is buying and selling. I paid another $2,700 for a second couch and I hope it also does not fail in a years time. Since this was an exchange, R&F would not allow me to buy another warranty. I will say that the sales people at the store were very nice and helpful, hopefully we will have better results with this new replacement couch.
