Our salesperson was great. We loved the furniture we picked out BUT my kitchen set has had to be sent back two times now because of damage to the set when it was delivered.

Great customer centric experience
Randee was so helpful during our visit. We needed to figure out different options for our kids’ bedroom furniture with specific measurements and space saving ideas in mind. She was very knowledgeable and friendly, and informed us of the options that would work within our budget. She listened to our concerns during the decision making process. Her suggestions help us immensely. Highly recommend her expertise!

Easy to order a nice chair for Mom
Easy to order a nice chair for Mom. Ready for pick up in only 2 days. Amazing. Friendly customer service on the phone and in store including salesman who directed me to the customer service station. Two guys had my chair ready at the dock when I backed up (twice, I'm losing my touch). Everything went smooth as silk. I attached the chair legs easy as 1,2,3. Mom liked the chair!

We recently had the pleasure of purchasing new living room furniture from Raymour and Flanigan. What made the experience a pleasure was our Home Furnishing Consultant Randee Fisher. Randee was very informative and knowledgeable about the items we were interested in. Randee was very patient as we worked out our issues with room size and placement of the items and even offered us some alternative ideas.
She was never in a hurry for us to make a decision or "pushy" in any way. Thank you Randee, you're the best!!!
