Bad Product/Disrespectful Service
As a senior citizen, I purchased a $1300 recliner after having bought my original cozy recliner in 2007 from the same location.
After a month, and one service call, the chair is a nightmare. Speaking with the Manager of West Ridge was to no avail. I was mis-lead in the comfort of the chair, and the sales woman "not pulling it away from the wall AND it not being plugged in" was my fault according to the Store Manager; no compassion on his part. Very, very poor service. Bad attitude @ store level. They will not take it back. I have another $2500 I'd like to spend and I'd also like a new recliner. May have to go above the Store Manager.

Very helpful, no pressure. Gave me many choices and described each one to help fit my needs. Aware that I was in a time crunch and delivery was moved up. Very knowledgeable about their merchandise. Very pleasant staff behind the counter.

My salesperson, Chris helped me with color and design. He wasn’t pushy as he offered suggestions and options. I was very appreciative of his help and honesty. I bought the chair!

Chris Case is so patient with me
Chris Case is so patient with me! I have visited your Greece store so many times trying to find a loveseat or recliner. I tell him what I am looking for and he shows me what I might like, and what is available. Each time I leave without purchasing anything. (I purchased my Beauty Rest bed at your Henrietta store right before Covid-19 hit, and I love my bed.) I have shopped around to several furniture stores and made purchases, and I even got a refund on a loveseat. I come right back to the Greece store and ask for Chris because Chris Case isn't pushy. He sent me over to the Henrietta store to look around, and I didn't find anything. I told Chris that I didn't like the pushy guys over there! He keeps me informed about upcoming sales events. Finally, on my birthday, yesterday, I purchased a recliner! Thanks Chris for all the time you spent with me!

Raymor and Flanigan uses a sub par bank for their financing
Ramor&Flanigan uses TD banking for financing. I just found out today they don't do anykind of grace period, if you miss by 1 day you get hit with a $40 late payment and it was hard getting through to them. Buy elsewhere if you have to finance

The sales person who took care of me…
The sales person who took care of me explained about me trying all the various mattresses and said he’d check back with me in 15 or so minutes. I appreciated that there was no high pressure sales tactics. I found just what I liked. He was personable without the hype!

Quick and easy experience
Jim Abrams met us close to the door and was nearby for any questions. He was personable, helpful, and kind.
Many different models of sofas to see on two floors of the store. We found a sofa and look forward to receiving it in four days. Very nice experience.

Convenient access to the well displayed furniture. This made it easy for us to in-vision how it was look in Connie’s apartment. I have always liked Flanigan’s furniture. Your furniture is always of good quality and very stylish and comfortable. Anthony, our salesman, was polite, friendly and showed interest in understanding our specific needs and directed us to furniture that met our specifications. He was knowledgeable about the furniture and explained the differences between the furniture that met our requirements. He is such an asset to your establishment. A perfect representation of how to approach the public. He gave us the opportunity to look around by ourselves and said that he would catch up with us if we had any questions. We felt so comfortable from the beginning, we asked him to come with us.
