Chris is Fantastic
Chris was fantastic with follow up! He secured a 100% customer satisfaction experience. The associates at the location in Greece are awesome also. My furniture was packaged with excellent attention to detail.

Outstanding Customer Service!
I purchased a power recliner from RF in Greece 3 years ago and it quit working a couple of months ago. I tried to troubleshoot the problem myself, but finally called the store. I wish I could remember the extremely helpful woman who set up an appointment with the service department, she was great! Fast forward, 3 weeks later the technician arrived on time and 15 minutes later, a new motor was installed and my chair is working again!
Wow, if everything in life went this smoothly! Thank you!

Love my Glendora apartment sofa & chair
Just received this sofa with a chair in the Elliot French Blue color. I love it! The color is great; and the furniture looks to be very well made. It was supposed to take 7-9 weeks, but salesman let me know it was coming sooner (about 5 weeks).

I recently bought a large sectional
I recently bought a large sectional, another couch and the protection plan. One of the armless chairs is too large for the space. I called the store upon delivery and have called customer service numerous times with no return call. My sales rep, Aaron at the West Ridge location was AWESOME. He was super helpful and knowledgeable I would totally recommend him. Unfortunately, the store manager and customer service follow up is not nearly as respectful or helpful as Aaron. Very disappointing after all the money my family has spent there.
