A good salesperson answered questions we had he did not follow us around which we appreciated! The first we went to look at living room we were not sure. Came back a week later and bought a set.

Definitely coming back
Cheryl is a terrific salesperson who knows when to assist and when to let the customer look on their own. She listened to what I was looking for, my requirements and my preferences in end tables. She didn’t try to oversell. She was very personable and fun to work with and remembered me when I came back with my husband. I would definitely work with her again.

No consideration for customer loyalty.
I am disappointed that Raymour & Flanigan gives no discount for customer loyalty. At least a reduction on the delivery fee would have been appreciated/helpful. We must now pick up the item ourselves because delivery was exorbitant.
