horrible experience at their Henrietta NY Store, I have a credit card with TD Bank (R&F) and the sale rep Lidia insisted in running my credit and created a profile on top of mine that made the whole situation worst , Was Dismissed and treated like unqualified buyer in front of my whole family, when they realized their mistake, they just placed the order and told me (you’re all set) no apology, no I’m sorry for trying to run your credit when you already have a credit card with us, I didn’t cancel the order because my daughters begged me not to. never again!!!

I love shopping at the Greece Raymour & Flanigan. Jay G. was wonderful in helping me pick out a new mattress. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. The associate at the customer service desk was great! Unfortunately, I can't recall her name. The whole experience was wonderful. I appreciate how Raymour and Flanigan kept me updated on my purchase and delivery. The two guys that delivered the mattress & box spring the very next day were very polite, friendly, and prompt. It is so refreshing to have such a positive shopping experience. I have been a customer for many years and will continue to do so!

Sales Woman, Marie Privitera-Parsons, greeted me at the door with a warm welcome. Although I was stressed that day looking for furniture, she took her time to understand exactly what I wanted and didn't give up on me until I found what I liked. She was not aggressive with selling to me which calmed me from previous aggressive salesmen from other stores. The transaction was smooth from beginning to end and the prices were Great. Tom Donague's knowledge was so useful in helping us decide on the mattress that would be most appropriate for us. We appreciate the time he spent to answer all of our questions and give us the freedom to extensively look at the many options.

Our sales rep was fabulous but they were having trouble with the system which slowed the process down quite a bit. But in return they gave us the 5 year warranty free of charge. That's how you keep customers happy.

Scott was very helpful to us. He certainly knows his "stuff". He was polite, courteous, and professional, at the same time was fun to work with. We have plans for more purchases in the near future and will ask for Scott's help!
