Jeremy Pierce is the best.
We've been to R&F before and purchased. This time was the best. Our sales guy Jeremey Pierce was awesome. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable which made us relaxed and comfortable with our decision.

There was a really large selection of recliners …the sales person Rayjon brought us to area and let us browse. I liked that. It gave us time to look and try. Good experience!

Pickup
I had to do a pickup. Was not given clear instructions for pickup prior. Arrived at place and saw sign for pickup in back. Went to back and called store number. Was told I had to go around to front of store. Go in, walk through the store and wait in a line then check in, go back to the back of the store and get my furniture. It would have been easier if when I called to just check in that way or someway via app and just stay in the back and get my furniture. Was a total waste of my time to go through the store just too give someone my phone number and have her page someone to the back to give me my furniture.

Just my luck to get a defective couch. They are going to replace, but would feel better with another kind. Worried same thing will happen again. Had only 3 days before it malfunctioned.
Well it was replaced with same couch and after 3 days both sides cushions under legs are drooping down. Coming to inspect in about a week. To be continued.

We went in just to look…
We went in just to look; no one hounded us or followed us around. Someone was available when we had questions and we ended up purchasing 4 pieces of furniture for our new home in Florida. Dan McDonald was very nice and guided us through ordering a custom table & bench. We were extremely happy with the selection, the opportunities to customize and the great service.

I made an error ordering a nightstand and asked the service person on the phone the next morning if I could possibly cancel it. She was very helpful in arranging this.
