Raymour & Flanigan - Seekonk Avis 

Man who helped us couldn’t have done more. His name is Stephen Wixon. I was in the Seekonk store and was able to purchase furniture to be delivered to long Island. He spent a lot of time with us so I want to make sure he gets the commission.

We visited the Seekonk Store and were immediately greeted by Stephen Wixon who offered to help us select a bed frame. We explained that we were replacing a broken frame for our existing mattress, which was starting to sag but were putting off that purchase because we found mattress shopping confusing and difficult to find one that suited the individual needs of myself and my husband. Stephen expertly guided us, without pressure, to try two mattresses and explained how the benefits would be beneficial to address the issues we were having with our old, sad, saggy mattress. We knew immediately that the second mattress would improve our lives considerably and, even though we had no intention of leaving the store with more that the frame we placed our order for the mattress he suggested, thanks to Stephens great customer care.

Went in to look at mattresses. Sergio Encinas salesperson, showed me around. He was very helpful, thorough, explained everything in detail was knowledgeable and very pleasant and patient. I told him I would come back with my husband he was so nice said fine, no pushing me to buy that day. Next day we went in, Segio took us to the mattress he thought would be best, we liked it, purchased it and the pillows, 10 days, sleeping on a cloud!!so so comfortable. Highly recommend Raymour and Flanigan and Sergio Encinas as your representative. Thank you Raymour and Flanagan!

The salesman was very informative and helpful.

The delivery fee for a mattress is more than 1/4 the price. Most of our furniture has been purchased at your store. The delivery fee should have been $free.

I had a problem with a recliner I purchased. Originally, I had trouble getting someone to pay attention. Today I heard from Todd at the Seekonk branch. I had written to try to get a solution. Todd was terrific. He apologized for the problem and fixed it. Very professional. The only reason I give 4 instead of 5 stars is because it took a fair amount of effort to get to someone who could help me. Thanks, Todd.

I did not feel pressured to buy and was given the freedom to browse the showroom. Rob Thomas was knowledgeable and patient. He knew exactly what I wanted before I did! Great saleman and caring person.

We came in for a recliner and Dan showed us various options, one of which was a hit! We appreciate his help and enjoyed shopping at R&F.

We were there a while back and and Sergio took care of us. We did not but at the time but went back yesterday. He was help full and we enjoyed the experience.

Mike Medeiros your salesman is what made it great. We are repeat customers of his, he is the main reason and also because Raymore and Flanigan buys American so you have way more in stock no having to wait months for something to come in

Was actually there for an exchange due to defective product. The store manager went out of her way to accommodate us and to help us find new products that we chose. It has been a long time since I’ve seen professionalism on this level in the retail world. I was very upset about the defective product but the service we received from the store manager more than made up for it. Will definitely go back when we have any future needs.

Salesperson Lori very friendly and helpful. Customer service was easy and fast. Also,day before in store purchase of mattress, ordered bed over phone. Christine was also very nice and professional.
