I came in, was showed what I asked for with a couple of other options, chose, paid and was out. Mattress was delivered less than 24 hours after that by two very nice employees. Doesn’t get any easier than that!

Delivery
The 2 gentlemen that made the delivery were very professional. However, when one of the bookcases was unwrapped there was a nick in the veneer. He took a picture and called the office. He was told a technician was being sent out to fix the problem. We waited 2 1/2 hours for the technician to arrive before calling the office. In reality, no technician was being sent that day. It was somewhat irritating to be waiting then finding out I given the wrong information. Going through the proper channels we have arranged to have a technician come out on June 18th.
