I recently purchased a mattress. I was told that when the new mattress was delivered the drivers would take my old mattress. When they came they would not take my mattress because there was a stain on it. This would have been information that would have been useful. Not to mention I cannot imagine that everyone else that is in the market for a new mattress have old ones that are spotless. Being that I would hope they are going to throw it away anyway they could have had me put it in a bag. When I called to cancel the order I got a snarky sales girl who offered no apology but rather stated that “we don’t take soiled mattresses” if this is such common knowledge I should have been told. I have purchased several pieces of furniture from this company. I won’t be back

There was a little short staffing issue but the staff did a great job of tag teaming as customers so no one felt left out. Melissa Beck wrote up the sale for us. We were in the store about two hours be for closing.

The delivery service was top notch. The three guys were friendly, respectful and work-oriented. They were thorough with paperwork and executed the movement of the mattresses with ease and professionalism. My first purchase from R & F and I am very pleased.

Salesman Thom Norris, from the Dewit, NY store sold us our leather living room Furniture, he was so great to work with. He impressed us so much we didn’t hesitate to buy from Raymour again, this time for a new dining room set!
