lack of customer service
I'm still at a lack for words on how such a large company cannot provide me with proof that my purchase was voided. They literally made me jump through hurdles including filing a complaint with their customer service number since apparently there's no corporate number or least that's what I was told, and subsequently disputing the charge with my credit card company. So here I wait for my refund. But it's all good because I will make sure each and every review platform I come across will receive my 2 cents. Stay far away from this establishment.
PS: If any store manager is reading this; you should have just provided me with my voided receipt which customer service confirmed you could have done.

I had purchased a sofa and.and a Love seat, it turned out that I was allergic to the fabric and the stuff the pillows had chemicals that I am allergic do to the fact that I am asthmatic and have allergies. Ben was a very good salesperson. He was kind and never pushy. I came back two weeks after looking at the furniture I ended up buying, on a day I knew Ben was working because I knew he was the person who deserved my commission.

I ordered something on-line for pick up in the Yonkers location, but had to cancel the next day. I called the number and the gentleman that answered was most helpful and courteous. Wish I got his name! My refund posted within hours, not the 3-5 days he said it would take. This was easily the most painless return ever. Great customer service Ray!!

Absolute worst liars.
If I had the choice I would have cancelled my order. I was promised next day delivery when I ordered online. I called and checked to see if it was coming, and next day was confirmed. The following day, after I had cleared my schedule, I was told it would not arrive for 3 more days. Completely unacceptable. I will never do business with your company again. The only reason I bought was because I was given next day delivery. Horrible.
