Easy to use website. Good amount and variety of photos, including a photo with measurements which is much more helpful than just listing them. Ordering was very simple and straightforward.

Absolute worst liars.
If I had the choice I would have cancelled my order. I was promised next day delivery when I ordered online. I called and checked to see if it was coming, and next day was confirmed. The following day, after I had cleared my schedule, I was told it would not arrive for 3 more days. Completely unacceptable. I will never do business with your company again. The only reason I bought was because I was given next day delivery. Horrible.

When ask security question by finance…
When ask security question by finance was not able to answer it as I had no idea who the person was they were asking me about. They said it was picked by the finance department, but the question had no relevance to my life.. subsequently, I had to go to a store and show my ID Which was out-of-the-way after which everything else was done?

Salespeople not pushy-great prices
I'm not a fan of salespeople. We walked into R&F and I thought here we go. A salesperson came up to us, I said we were just looking. Then we were trying to decide on two couches and the sales Manager helped us. He wasn't pushy. We ended up leaving undecided. I could have ordered it online when my mom decided which one she wanted, but I called (Ronald Medina) to place the order over the phone. The phone system was the worst experience. I tried calling several times, it went right to the greeting and I was left on hold. After several attempts I decided to call the following day. Same thing happened the first time. Then I called back, someone put me on hold right away, after a few minutes they answered. I wanted Ronald to know that we were ordering it because he wasn't pushy, and he was very helpful. The prices are really good at this location. Highly recommend it!
Delivery experience. Raul and his partner were polite, respectful and professional. Every company needs people like them. I will be a continuous customer. Thank you again

Very disappointed
Very disappointed. They have the worst customer service when it comes to return. I will Never buy from Raymour and Flanigan again. Overly priced items and furniture. They act nice just to steal your money and they don't cooperate if you are not satisfied after receiving the item!!!

Great experience
