Raymour & Flanigan Avis 

I was told about Raymour & Flanigan by my sister who has bought 3 rooms of furniture from you. I had been to a couple of other places looking to see if I could find anything I liked and the Sales people reminded me of an old time used car sales person, My sales rep Daquan Turner was very professional, I enjoyed working with him. I felt no pressure at all. He listened to me when I had told him what I was looking for, He escorted me to the area where I could find what I was looking for and let me walk around looking and came back to check on me a few times, He was very helpfull

Tom was a great listener and helped me find the perfect bed set up to be prepared for my husband to come home from rehab! He gave me solid advice about the products that I wanted and informed me about the protection plan. I surely appreciated his assistance at the route 31, Clay, NY store.

Our sales person Emily was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping us decide on our bedroom suite and pick out a mattress. She answered all our questions! She was also very pleasant to work with. Made our experience shopping at Raymour Flanigan wonderful.

Ms Claudia was wonderful. She had great knowledge and was very kind. You can tell she clearly wants to help you get exactly what you want. She answered all of our questions. Some before we even had to ask. She knew exactly where things were and made out shopping experience pleasurable and timely. This is a new location store in White Marsh Maryland.

Ease in ordering

Delivery team was very professional and efficient.

I ordered 2 canvas paintings online. One was delivered promptly, however, I did not receive a email or text as was indicated when I placed the order. The second painting still hasn’t arrived after three weeks and I called customer service several times and it could not provide me with details about the status of my order. I never received any email or text messages regarding the order.Today , I called and the person told me that the item was not in stock, soI finally canceled the order.

Spoke with Carol in the Christana store and had actually missed a call from her….. she couldn’t have been more pleasant and helpful!!!

Love the new mattress. We would have loved to purchase it in-store from a salesperson rather than online. However, the only way to get the best price was to order online. The promotional mailer they sent us included an additional 10% off the entire order that the salesperson said they could not match. Why would a company do this and discourage in person shopping? I mean, you can't test a mattress our virtually. So why make customers go to the physical store to try it out, then tell them the only way to get the best price is to go home and order it online?

We wish to inform you of the exemplary customer service provided by associate Kevin McCormack, at the Lake Grove Raymour & Flanagan Outlet. Having made several purchases at both the outlet and the retail store, we must express our gratitude when someone demonstrates exceptional assistance in fulfilling our shopping needs. The Charleston dresser we wanted to purchase was discontinued but Mr. McCormack helped us locate one.
We were met with equally helpful service at the Massapequa Outlet by MD Brahman, where we purchased the dresser to match our Charleston chest of drawers. We eliminated an armoire and wanted to keep the same furniture style.
We are grateful for the customer service provided by both associates.
