The lady helping me was very rude and rushing me into purchasing a mattress when all I wanted to do was go and look at one I found online. She immediately walked away rudely after I told her I wasn’t looking to purchase the mattress today and it felt like I was just wasting her time.

After spending all day furniture shopping and not finding the styles coupled with the quality and value we were looking for, my wife and I walked into the Raymour & Flanigan showroom on Carlisle Pile in Mechanicsburg. Within 5 minutes we new this was our store; they offer an incredible showroom experience with endless options in elegant style choices, high quality and value. We found and purchased a complete dining set, living room and bedroom set within an hour and a half from start to finish. Salesman John Doty gave us the space we wanted to explore the showroom but was always close by to answer questions and provide solutions when we needed. We sat down to finalize our purchases at a showroom couch and table and John completed everything from an I pad, including the down payment transaction and schedule of delivery. Best experience my wife and I ever had furniture shopping by far, Thank you John!

My table arrived at the store damaged, so despite being on the longer end of the estivated delivery time (4-6 weeks), I have now been waiting over 2 months. Also, I would prefer to have it shipped for free and not be forced to pay for the "white glove" service as I do not have a vehicle large enough to pick it up at the store.

Denise Addessa was our sales consultant and she was absolutely a pleasure to work with!! Took her time and was extremely helpful with our purchases.
