Raymour & Flanigan Avis 

In the beginning, placing the order was not an issue. The problem was when it was time to place the order and select the payment options. I had to call the leasing company progressive to assist me with the checkout and to find the items that was taken out of my cart that I wanted I like that my order was placed quickly and will be delivered quickly as well, according to the online information. Overall, I like the quality of the furniture at Raymour and Flanagan and I will continue to purchase furniture from here.

Scott was wonderful to work with. There was no pressure. The furniture I wanted was going to take 2 months to come in, so that was my only disappointment. I selected a different color and the delivery time was 3 days.

Shahab was very helpful but he let us have the time and space to decide. He made everything efficient and not time consuming.

Eric and MD, the salespersons were so helpful and informative in my search for a couch. We haven’t bought the couch yet but we got a dresser for my daughter. I look forward to coming back!

Friendly staff and very helpful

We went to find a couch for our living room and the manager welcomed us as we came in, told her we're looking for couches, I was afraid I'd get the lingering salesperson who follows you around and tries to push you towards stuff. Not at all. She gave us room, as soon as I told her we were ready to buy, we were done with everything within*maybe*10 mins, maybe less. Idk a lot faster than usual lol. Anyway, she was super nice, no pressure , and fast. Exactly why we'll be back for a mattress

The guy came to fix the broken wire on my lounger and didn’t have parts needed to fix it.
He said I would hear from you when he would be coming back.
That was Thursday. I haven’t heard anything yet.

NIGHTMARE PLACE TO WORK! I was trained by Sales Manager Danny Evans and Store Manager Rick Perez to LIE to customers about EVERYTHING and ANYTHING to get the sale! I was told that the ONLY THING THAT MATTERS IS SELLING! I knew that that was NOT RIGHT, and could NEVER DO THAT TO THE HONEST, HARD WORKING PEOPLE THAT SHOP THERE!Danny and Rick are EVIL, THEY DO NOT CARE WHAT THEY SAY TO GET THE SALE! The guy that helps you load your stuff when you pick it up, JASON, is ALWAYS DRUNK at work... please be careful around him, he is NOT a Good Person! The Customer Rep Thomas Young is also a BAD PERSON! He openly BRAGGED ABOUT putting customers on HOLD FOREVER if they " pissed him off" on the phone! Watch out! Raymour is actually a Real Estate Company that washed their SHADY MONEY in their furniture company! They treat their employees like crap, and has REALLY UNTRUSTWORTHY People as Management! If you're looking for ASHLEYS FURNITURE, which Raymour specializes in, go to Cardis/Ashleys, they'll treat you waaaaaaaaay better over there! Also when I worked there they MADE us BLOW UP past customers phones with text messages, emails and calls about upcoming sales! Even though the company was sued for doing the SAME THING in 2016 and LOST in court and had to pay out 4.25 MILLION DOLLARS! They are THE WORST COMPANY AROUND, STEER CLEAR!

Had a wonderful salesman named nick and also Mike who between both of them guided us to purchase and “Zane” loveseat. Waiting for the delivery. Everything went smoothly and the quality seems really good. Got the extra warranty also. The store my wife and I used is the largest one they have so selection was great. 865 e gate road in garden city. This store in particular is very good. There’s others but this one is probably the location you want to go to Look for nick or Mike

Well I have ordered the furniture piece and have paid for it and have no idea of the time frame that it will be delivered.

We had a great salesman, Angelo Ciffone, who answered all of our questions, explained the options and fabric choices. I plan on doing more shopping at Raymour soon.

Brennan was a great salesperson. He showed us what we’re looking for and then let us browse on our own. He was knowledgeable about the furniture and advised us what would be better for our situation.

Emily Allison was a pleasure to work with during our shopping and sales experiences. The delivery team, Joshua and Ty, were efficient, professional, and personable.

Very easy to shop and purchase item online. Information was available including customer reviews for my selection. Wish there was more dimensions noted for interior of cabinet and picture of doors open. I hope it looks as nice in person as it does on the webpage.
