Not very happy
Not very happy. My windscreen was damaged on 01/10/26 over a week ago now, severe spider crack whole thing needs replacing, rang them straight away after loads of messing around and spending half the day on the phone to them and autoglass they finally said I could bring it out this Sunday night which wil be the 11/10/26 out in the middle of nowhere or else bring it to tallaght!!! The crack is now spreading into my field of view and it can’t be done at my home because of the model of car! Ridiculous and not good enough.

Best insurance company I've dealt with & I've been a driver over 40 years. My car was stolen & written off & all was sorted and paid out within 7 days. Also had broken down, been towed and had to replace my windscreen. They saw me coming, never a claim til now but was so easy & staff so helpful. Well done Redclick
