Too many departments, loop holes
Their different departments don't communicate with other. Car insurance department don't communicate with commercial department. Went on line to get price for commercial on a Saturday as they weren't open. First time having commercial insurance so wanted to talk to an actual person regarding the price. Customer service should be there to help, I was unfamiliar with how NCB on a car and having just purchased my first van worked. As a result they wanted an additional €1433.33 on top of the €563 I'd already paid. Policy is only 6 weeks old, I cancelled it, they waived the €50 admin charge and still only refunded me €320 that I have to wait 7days to receive. They based their refund on 6weeks of the FULL payment they requested. I've secured a fully comp policy with open drive for €495 for the year. Redclick were not helpful. We as a family will all be looking elsewhere in future. They are supposed to be the experts, this is why customers ring to clarify but if you don't use the correct terms on the recorded call they will not be at all flexible.
