I had a call with a man in customer service today at around 14.50pm and wanted to thank him for all his help, he was so helpful and kind and I really appreciated it. I was raging i didnt get his name so i could put a review up for him. I have been with liberty/redclick now over 10 years and always find everyone so helpful.

Poor customer care
Having been insured with the company already and the renewal date arriving i thought the premium for the next year's would be down as there was no claims made and no changes made to the policy on my end, ended up going with a different company altogether after I recieved 2 different quotes all way above the previous year's price with no wiggle room on the price given whatsoever from the man on the phone, found another company within 10 mins who dropped the price significantly and were very helpful with discounting the final price after a bit of bartering. Poor customer care on red clicks part

RedClick offers very competitive car insurance premiums (speaking from personal experience). The quote is easy to obtain on their website. 7 days to make the decision of buying. Great customer's services, prompt notification about receiving documents on their side, which gives peace of mind. Definitely one to try for an insurance quote.
