Pushed a long standing customer out the door.
Stay away from this insurance company. I tried to change my insurance over from a high powered motorbike to a smaller powered motorbike. They wouldn't allow this as the system wouldn't accept the model of the new bike. I've been a customer for 13 years with no claims. They are not bothered by losing loyal customers. Checked around and every other insurance company gave me a reasonable quotation no problem. Poor service, poorly trained staff and complete failure to act in a professional manner. Go somewhere else and dont support this type of business.
