Red Rocket Couriers  Avis

Amazing service from Lee & team. Very reliable and quick to communicate, couldn’t recommend them enough!

Was desperate for a same day delivery service and got reccommended this company by one of my colleagues. Was very impressed - collected within 30 minutes and delivered straight to site. Whole process topped off by one of the nicest driver's ive ever dealt with. Thanks Lee!

My company was in urgent need of some building materials to a job. Red Rocket Couriers saved the day having the materials collected and delivered within 2 hours of my phone call. Excellent service.

Red Rocket Couriers provide an excellent level of customer service. We have used Red Rocket on numerous occasions and their service and delivery has been faultless. Through clear channels of communication, reliable drivers and attention to detail Lee and his team provide an excellent service.

Lee was brilliantly responsive to my enquiry and provided a fair price and excellent service. The courier arrived promptly and was extremely courteous. He delivered my daughter’s passport into her hand at university within a timely manner, despite having faced a motorway closure enroute. I would 100% recommend this company for fast and reliable courier services. Thank you very much for making a stressful situation manageable

We have used Red Rocket many times now and they have always been reliable and provided a professional service to us and our customers.

Highly recommend them.

I’ve used red rocket on occasion for several years now in a professional capacity (most recently a few weeks ago) and they have come through every time. An incredibly reliable service with a can-do-attitude which puts my mind at rest in stressful situations. Highly recommend.

Very helpful, replied very quickly to emails, easy payment method, collected at the agreed time and delivered early!
Can't recommend this company highly enough.

5 stars... Absolutely superb from inception (enquiry) to delivery. Prompt, efficient, excellent value and wholly effective. Communication was brilliant. Lee inspired confidence. Highly recommend and will use again, My first port of call.

Absolutely amazing service from start to finish I needed an urgent document collecting from Manchester going down to London and I rang this company and literally 40 minutes after I had to drive at my office and five hours later, I had a phone call from my customer saying that they have received this very important legal document. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Lee is fantastic to work with, so responsive and kind. I will use Red Rocket time and time again as he is so brilliant!

Door to door delivery the same day and in good time. The driver was polite & respectful with my consignment. Recommended

Lee and the team at Red Rocket have done quite a number of jobs for us now over the last year or so. I have tried a number of courier companies in the past and Red Rocket by far surpass all others in terms of the quality of the service. Lee is super responsive, always keeps me updated on when deliveries have been completed, and the drivers have all been brilliant. The jobs we require Red Rocket for all involve moving medical equipment between hospitals all over the country, and so the quality of the service is really important to us. I couldn't honestly think of a bad word to say - all drivers have been punctual, courteous, and self-sufficient. No damage has ever occurred and no job has ever had an issue. There is never a job he has turned down, even at the very last minute and when our plans change and we need something quickly. Thank you Lee - we really do appreciate it.

I have dealt with Red Rocket Couriers as a business, mainly Lee, since 2019 and we have done exactly 376 deliveries with them since and many more to come.

The service and professionalism is outstanding, nothing is too much trouble. He can literally get anything from anywhere and deliver it when we need. We get regular updates and a POD as soon as its delivered, could not ask for more!

We have used Red Rocket Couriers twice now and both times have been spot on.

The initial response is prompt and communication throughout is great. The courier himself was very friendly and the whole process is really smooth.

We will surely be using them again.

Lee and his team are friendly, reliable and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended.
Thank you for all of you hard work.

Excellent service, great communication and quick responses and updates. Highly recommended!

Easy and friendly communication via email and the driver was very considerate, helpful and friendly.
I will definitely use them again.

There's absolutely no better company than Red Rockets. Urgently needed to send sensitive documents late at night within a tight time frame and the only one that managed to help was Lee from Red Rocket. I highly recommend him to anyone that desires a 5* service.
