Ready"to not"Go

Unreliable doesn't even come close to describing this awful company.

Left us stranded and refused to give a refund.

- NO kiosk in the arrivals hall as mentioned on the instructions
- NO signs outside the arrivals hall to signal where to be picked up from
- NO working telephone number to call to ask for assistance

Asked multiple people both inside the arrivals hall, and at the bus/shuttle stations but no one had seen a Redy2Go shuttle bus in at the airport in months with some not even recognising the name at all.

If you value your safety and your money, Avoid Avoid Avoid!
And just set aside some money and Uber it instead.
It's safer and a lot more reliable.

Excellent service Redy2Go

Easy and friendly communication over two days in Sydney when I booked the night before my trip - driver even called on approach to fine tune pick-up. Expert from start to finish. Phone quickly answered. Terrific experience thanks Redy2Go. Can only guess some of the bad reviews are from competitors!

Beware!

The website advertised a price of AU$148.40 for a share ride transfer. When contacted they wanted to sell a private transfer at over twice the cost and threatened that if we book the share ride transfer they will cancel it.
Complete fraud!

There is no zero for review

There is no zero for review. Total scam take your money but don't show up or call to say why. Nothing. Avoid at all cost. Total robbery.

Affordable luxury

Can't praise this company enough. Met at the airport and picked up from hotel in absolute luxury. Drivers are friendly and professional. So affordable, i would never go public transport again. Highly recommend

What kind of scum takes advantage of customers during this time of Covid19?
Redy2Go that's who.
We were supposed to be flying on to Bali but had a phone call off our UK travel agent to say we would have to return directly to Manchester
On the morning of Saturday 21st March I phoned their office on 1300 246 669 to book an airport transfer from The Ultimo, Sydney. I explained that the transfer had been paid for in advance by our travel agent, Mainstreet Travel Group.
When I told them that it was for a 6am flight and that we needed picking up at 2.30am your receptionist advised that you did not operate 24 hours but they could organize a private taxi. I asked what about the money already paid by the travel agent, she said that it could be set against the private hire and she quoted a further A$36.
She then advised that the airport didn't open until at 4am, I then adjusted the pick up time to 3am. The receptionist then up'd the quote to A$44.10c (Why?)
Anyway, we accepted and asked that we pay the driver, by card, and that the driver give us a receipt so that we could claim the balance off our travel agent.
A short while later we received a message that the driver didn't have a card facility and that the transfer would have to be paid for in advance with yourselves.
This we did, over the phone, from the Ultimo.
We were collected on time but did not receive a receipt,
On returning home and checking our account we find that they have deducted £50.68p, this is more than twice the amount we agreed on. At that mornings exchange rate that equates to just under A$100 which is Aus$56 more than quoted.
After 2 months, 2 phone calls and numerous emails to their NSW Operations manager, Gavin Linkins, I have decided to take action and have handed the whole thing over to our travel agent. I hope they have Redy2Go blacklisted by all UK travel agents. I will also be reporting them to VISA for card fraud and Sydney airport authorities plus all major airlines that fly into Sydney.
Use them at your peril.

Do Not Use

Booked with Redy2Go through ebookers for shuttle from Sydney airport to Sydney CBD. When we arrived at the airport we followed the instructions and went to the Redy2Go stop. We were at the front of the queue. Shuttle arrived, and driver said he had no booking for us so loaded all the people behind us in the queue. He then checked with his dispatcher on the radio, who confirmed we had a booking. But of course the transport was full, so we would have to wait. In total we waited at the airport bus stop for 70 minutes before finally getting picked up. I have never had such a poor experience with an airport shuttle service and will never use this one again. If you want certainty in your travel plans I recommend you avoid this company.

Beware

We booked a transfer from Sydney Airport to CBD as part of a trip. As a result of the devastating and tragic situation in NSW, we had to change our plans and with weeks notice, cancelled our transfer. The firm does not pay refunds. This is shocking. Beware.
