Excellent annual review with James Fakey
James went through my annual review and fully explained everything to me in a way that I understood it. Haven’t through all the charts and projections and explained them fully. After explaining my investments to date , he explained my pension and possible age of retirement and then future plans. I was much clearer about my goals after the meeting .

Excelent service from Carl Watson
Excellent service from Carl Watson and the team at Reeves. I was given the opportunity for review of my current pensions and retirement aspirations. Carl talked me through the process of what was going to happen and when. We then discussed the findings in an easy to understand way and discussed my options going forward. No pushy sales pitch, just facts and figures. Carl was professional, polite and inforamative. Will definately be using Reeves again going forward.

Helpful service
Proactive comms to organise review sessions which helped clarify my current position. Most impressively ( for me at least) was when Andrew Williamson undertook the review he concluded I was better staying put hence has scheduled a follow up call but no further action or therefore fees for Reeves. No pressure tactics. Thanks Andrew.

Outstanding Support
Due to an illness, I was forced to retire early. I went into this worrying if and how it would work, could it be done. Would I be able to get help if I needed it. ?
From the initial phone call to start it off my mind was put at ease.

What a wonderful experiance it has been…
What a wonderful experiance it has been dealing Reeves Group. From 1st contact the whole team have been amazing. I spoke with Sandy about moving my pension over to Reeves as I felt my present company were under performing. I thought I had no chance of retirement however Sandy has devised a plan so I am able to do so, which has made me more than happy. Today, I had a follow up call which I thought was great too. I really can not recommend Reeves Group enough, they have all been magnificent.
