Friendly and Professional
Friendly, professional and with the use of zoom meetings very convenient. From my initial meeting with Ellis and the subsequent meetings with Bradley the whole process has been an absolute pleasure, not something I was expecting. The financial advice offered was excellent and I now feel a lot happier going into retirement.

Beware - employee qualifications are fake
Multiple employees of Reeves claim to have degrees that are clearly false - at least 5 employees claim on LinkedIn to have bachelor degrees from London Business School - which only awards Masters degrees as a post grad only school. So be very careful with this company - not sure what is true and what else is a scam.

Nathan @Reeves was excellent!
I would advise anyone to take Reeves up on their offer of a free no obligation consultation. The consultation is quite comprehensive and you will learn more about your pensions.
Nathan was excellent and the advice he gave me was invaluable - considering until now I had no pension knowledge outside of having pensions. I now know what my pensions are doing, why there are doing it and what I should do - if anything.
At this time I won't be doing anything, which is a decision I could only make after being fully advised by Nathan. This outcome is very, very positive as Nathan gave me some sage advice (I think there's an accounting pun in there somewhere 😂) and Reeves lived up to their promise of no obligation after the consultation.
However, if my circumstances change Reeves is my number 1 choice! ✅... Farewell Nathan! ✈️

I won't lie to you. I was nervous. I had accumulated quite a bit over the years via various work pentions. We hear a lot about scamming. I joined a Reeves webinar about consolidating pentions. I advise you do this first. From that a meeting was organised used with Sandy. Sandy is brilliant, so helpful. I'm not great with pentions or figures and she proved to put my mind at rest and over 3-4 zoom meetings I was in a good place. We agreed a fee and Reeves dealt with everything with my approval. Thank you Sandy!! The world is currently a versatile place and I recommend you get help if doing something simular. Dominic then help close a few things off. Once again very helpful and understanding. I was so happy with the support I have agreed to allow Reeves to help manage my finances on an annual basis and recently got introduced to a nice lad called Jack. Both fees are very much value for money. Keep up the great work Reeves!!!! Recommended 100%

Very unhappy with the service received recently.
Stil waiting for someone senior/ complaints team to get back to me and waiting for further advice on the issue. As it involves a serious error on their part, I expected at least some sort of communication/ acknowledgement by now...

Not living up to service that was promised.
Initial sign up process was really easy, but there have been a few things that have happened over the last year that has left me regretting my decision. I changed employer, starting over 2 months ago and needed to get the contributions going from the new company however this is still not sorted, and end of year tax review cancelled with 40 mins notice. I had understood that there would be a more proactive approach from them however this has not appeared to be the case over the last year. I hope that I am proven wrong, and they are able to rectify these issues as I do not want to incur additional cost by transferring my pension again so I feel a bit trapped if I'm honest.

Impressive in every contact
From the outset, the team at Reeves proved themselves to be knowledgeable and friendly, quickly establishing trust and demonstrating their superb credentials.

Reeves Group is a great pension and retirement advice provider! I initially signed up for a free webinar with them via Linkedin, which was very informative! I was impressed by their professionalism, competence and transparency! At the end of the webinar, I signed up for a free personalised review of my pension and retirement plans. Bradley Mason got in contact with me the next day and booked an appointment to review some figures and my wishes. He then fixed another appointment to discuss his recommendations. I asked many questions about my options and he patiently replied to all of them. When I changed my mind about what I wanted to do, Bradley patiently took note of my new wishes and adapted his recommendations accordingly. This went on for about two months during which I received free independent advice on various aspects of my retirement options. All our meetings were online and recorded, as Reeves is regulated by the FCA. Finally I signed up with them to manage my pension funds and I’m sure they will grow successfully. I fully recommend them and I especially praise Bradley Mason for his competence, great customer service and professionalism throughout our dealings.

Considerate and accessible
I can't comment on the whole service as it transpired I wasn't eligible for Reeves' services- but the team were very helpful in telling what information was needed and patient when I repeatedly needed to reschedule calls due to the slightly ridiculous working patterns of a small charity CEO & Mum. Martin and Andrew were both very understanding. I appreciated their honesty and directness, and will approach them in the future if I am eligible for their services.
