15 hour days are to much.
Monasteries we should have visited were closed.
The date we were advised to travel on meant we had a Monday with all the museums were closed.

The travel agent failed to include breakfast in the booking of the hotel, failed to tell us that the hotel had no functioning bar, lounge, no room service, no restaurant. The agent failed to include the two options on the visit to Sky Lagoon - important - as one of the party had had surgery. The agent failed to reserve seats on the return leg of our flight. I will be using Trail Finders in future

Everything went like clockwork with all the travel arrangements.
Very good hotels in perfect locations.
We had the Bradt guide with us and noticed the author's name Neil Taylor who had worked with Regent Travel!

I requested what we were looking for and they delivered. It was a great holiday. Will use Regent Holidays again.

Well arranged and most enjoyable privately arranged trip to Riga and Jurmala in Latvia.
Neiburgs Hotel in Riga was exceptional.
Everything turned out very well (except cold & wet in Jurmala. Can't blame Regent for that!

We travelled as a couple on a well balanced tour to 3 Baltic states with prearranged transfers which worked well

Excellent holiday to Svalbard arranged by Regent Holidays. Great trip. We went for the 24 hour daytime, passing the 80 Deg Latitude and a low expectation of seeing wildlife after all its nature. But we came home having seen polar bears, whales, reindeer, arctic foxes, puffins and much more. No hesitation recommending this holiday company.

We are a family of 4 with 2 adult children that wanted an outdoors/nature/ high quality holiday - we had really good discussions with the Regent team (Moa ) about Norway. The assembled itinerary was spot on with a mixture of high quality, stunning scenery, nature, and a Nordic experience. We did Bergen, Vesteralen archipelago , and Lofoten islands via car, plane and train. The whole thing was high quality a d the communications levels, advance information, and in- holiday support was exactly as we needed. We had some changes to plans right at the last minute ( family bereavement) and the team helped to change my travel plans to allow me to join my family part way through. During the holiday a planned whale watching trip also got cancelled because of weather, and the Regent team were very proactive in sorting out a good alternative in super quick time. All in all I would recommend the service / quality of Moa and the rest of the Regent team

Itinerary was spot on. We were lucky with the weather blue skies for 6 days which made each trip we did more stunning than we expected. Norway in a nutshell trip was great and well organised. We stayed in Flam for 1 night would recommend at least 2.
Only downer was delays with SAS airlines at both ends.

Just back from a week in Moldova. I met very few other tourists so the experience felt really authentic. Recommend touring the vineyards and staying eco villages. The birdwatching is fabulous. A day in Transnistria is extremely interesting.

Great, very different locations to give us a flavour of the country, Slovenian. Accommodations were equally very different and of a high standard, including one small apartment. The hotels all made us feel particularly welcome. Being met at the airport and taken into Ljubljana and handover to the pedestrian precinct “Kavalier” cart worked exceptionally well. At all times we felt looked after

Carl Meadows was extremely helpful in providing information about Uzbekistan. I had a lot of questions as to whether the tour would be suitable for me. As a mature traveller there are always concerns about mobility and so forth, so that you are not going to spoil your, and fellow travellers, experience by not being able to keep up. Regent is arguably the only travel company who has this refreshingly honest way of informing you. There was no pressure to book. I can now process all the information and make a much more informed decision.

Thoroughly enjoyed the holiday in Norway Everything was taken care of and made travelling around the country straightforward for us. They very helpfully added extras that we requested.

Really amazing holiday, perfectly arranged by Regent. We made them work hard to come up with a tailor-made holiday for us, we had a lot of exacting demands, but they rose to the challenge and we got the holiday of our dreams. This is our second holiday with them, and it won't be the last

Peter packaged together exactly what we asked for. Emails and phone calls answered promptly, very knowledgeable, had trust in him. All arrangements made went very smoothly which added to a fantastic trip.

After a fantastic holiday in Greenland our journey home was disrupted by bad weather meaning flights home were cancelled twice, first for 2 days and then for a further day. Regent stepped up and organised alternative accommodation for us and alternative flights that were outside the remit of the airline who cancelled the original flights. Excellent service in a difficult situation

Everything about our Greenlandic adventure was utterly extraordinary and we loved every second spent in this glacial landscape. Kayaking around enormous icebergs, watching humpback whales within a few meters of the boat and navigating through sea ice to reach calving glaciers. We equally valued meeting the kind, resilient and enormously welcoming Greenlandic guides and learning about their history, culture and current lives. Many thanks to Robert Longstaff for sharing his knowledge and love of this remarkable country and putting together such an excellent itinerary, which included the superb Arctic Hotel & restaurant overlooking the Disko Bay in Ilulissat.

The representative we dealt with was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
The itinerary was very good and covered a lot of Norway by rail and an overnight cruise. We chose to extend the trip by a couple of days and this was no problem.
