After a fantastic holiday in Greenland our journey home was disrupted by bad weather meaning flights home were cancelled twice, first for 2 days and then for a further day. Regent stepped up and organised alternative accommodation for us and alternative flights that were outside the remit of the airline who cancelled the original flights. Excellent service in a difficult situation

Everything about our Greenlandic adventure was utterly extraordinary and we loved every second spent in this glacial landscape. Kayaking around enormous icebergs, watching humpback whales within a few meters of the boat and navigating through sea ice to reach calving glaciers. We equally valued meeting the kind, resilient and enormously welcoming Greenlandic guides and learning about their history, culture and current lives. Many thanks to Robert Longstaff for sharing his knowledge and love of this remarkable country and putting together such an excellent itinerary, which included the superb Arctic Hotel & restaurant overlooking the Disko Bay in Ilulissat.

The representative we dealt with was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
The itinerary was very good and covered a lot of Norway by rail and an overnight cruise. We chose to extend the trip by a couple of days and this was no problem.

Albania is such a beautiful and interesting country. Regent Holidays arranged an excellent tour of different cities, sites, churches and castles that we felt we had experienced a great deal, as well as seeing beautiful countryside. Everything worked perfectly, and both guide and driver were outstanding.

Delighted with our trip to Japan organised by Steph at Regent who put together an ideal itinerary based on our discussions. We visited 8 different areas mostly travelling by bullet train with all but one hotel really special.
We received a very detailed travel plan with all the train and other tickets logically presented which made the many journeys so easy.
Reasonable pricing and highly recommended.

We feel we saw Moldova from the inside, as travellers rather than tourists. First time with Regent Holidays, would have preferred the option to fly to Warsaw from Manchester rather than Heathrow, which put several hundred pounds in hotel fees on top of the cost of the holiday.

Well organised, in depth knowledge from the tour guides. The included visits were well chosen and hotel accommodation excellent especially the old manor houses in country locations.

Well constructed tour led by an excellent tour leader,the best I have ever travelled with, Natalya is proud of her country and has a pride in her job of teaching visitors to Moldova all about her country

We have just booked with Regent Holidays to go to the Azores on a fly drive holiday. Emma Brown was most helpful and patient.

Tailored to our requirements, travel, transfer & outing arrangements worked perfectly and well chosen hotels.

Our travel arrangements were complicated with several hotels and journey by plane, train, boat and bus so we were expecting something to go wrong re tickets. We should have had more faith in Regent, everything went so smoothly re their organisation. It was our first time with Regent and will it be our last ........ definately not. Well done the Regent Team!

Excellent holiday to Baltics. Staff at Regent helpful. All hotels clean and comfortable and well located for town centres. All arrangements (5x local guides and 4x taxis) ran like clockwork. Can't find anything negative to say and we'll definitely use Regent again without hesitation.

The itinerary was well planned and well put together to show us different aspects of Uzbekistan, not just the headline cities like Samarkand and Bukhara. We appreciated this longer trip allowing us more time to see the cities. The holiday was well organised before and during our trip. In particular Carl at Regent was very helpful before we went and he gave us sound advice. Our guide Mukhammad was excellent and a good ambassador for his country. He was very knowledgeable and able to adapt the programme to the changeable weather.

We have just returned from a 10 day round the island trip in Iceland with an extra night in Reykjavík. From the moment of booking Regent provided us with all the information to plan our holiday and activities. The map and book they provided were invaluable in planning our holiday. All the hotels were of a high standard and be aware that the Center hotel chain also give a 15% discount for guests in the restaurants. All the breakfasts provided were of a high standard with huge selections and generous portions. Airline bookings and car rental hire were included and all the check ins were easy and seamless. I would recommend anyone hiring a car to book their car hire excess insurance before they leave UK. We used Eversure recommended by Martin Lewis and this even included the wind and sand damage cover for a premium of £21 for the 10 days. We cannot recommend Regent enough they really did take all the hard work out organising the holiday and making it such a memorable occasion.

The Radisson Hotel was superb and I had a beautiful room and looked after by friendly and helpful staff
Transfers and private car excursions were always very comfortable with very professional drivers and guides
Flights with Lufthansa were on time and offered very good on board service
I would strongly recommend this holiday to anyone thinking about it
