Terrible 3 in 1 tap broke down after 9 months. Because it was purchased through a third party I did not have proof of purchase and could not use warranty, in fact i could not fix it at all because the service which is responsible for maintenance would only reply after 7 business days which was not an option for the office tap. Bought a tap of a different manufacturer instead. Bad tap, bad customer service.

With in 6monts the color faded, and when contacted their answer was generic - . Other than general comment like “recommend care”, “ silicon residue”, cleaning and installation, no root cause for color deform was mentioned, Sink is used as it is supposed to be there will be dish wash usage other than that NO chemical used.
Terrible product DO NOT buy.

Don't be fooled by the fancy website, the sinks are very poorly made and do not last. We purchased a New York single bowl black sink. The coated started peeling off within 8 months. I called the company to ask about a replacement and they accused me of abrasive cleaner or pouring chemicals down the kitchen sink! No refund or replacement offered Be warned poor quality, do not buy.

Lovely looking tap but absolute rubbish in reality, had 2 now but they lasted less than 3 yrs before starting to leak, replaced cartridge but still leaked. Tried contacting Reginox but no response.

Onze keuken is door een interieurbouwer gemaakt dus de spoelbak is door hun geplaatst. Na 4 jaar is de zwart gecoate spoelbak behoorlijk beschadigd. Mail gestuurd naar Reginox maar totaal geen reactie ontvangen. Ze hebben een apart mailadres voor consumenten maar op hun wesite zeggen ze dat je naar je leverancier moet gaan en geen vragen van consumenten beantwoorden. Waarom heb je dan zo'n mailadres. Ik adviseer iedereen om geen reginox gecoate spoelbak te kopen.

Alles bladdert af en roest. Ik ben zeer negatief verrast

Purchased kitchen mixer tap (gun metal) through Toolstation uk upon receiving the tap and after installation it started to leak from around the base ( where it swivels)

Toolstation contacted reginox on my behalf for a replacement tap, they were extremely slow with any communication and when they did make contact they firmly refused to send me a replacement and only offered to send me a part to replace in the tap which looked like a sealed unit. So I rejected the tap and still they refused!!

Top marks to Toolstation Uk as they honoured me with a full refund so many thanks!!

I am in the trade and I will never recommend Reginox to anyone disgusting customer service throughout!!

We had at this point 2 Amsterdam white sinks from Reginox. The first one becomes yellow after a couple of months, then replaced. The 2nd is totally stained by anything, its just terrible coating and looks its never clean. Its a huge sink and very expensive. Extremely disappointed by the lack of quality on this expensive product.

Wij hebben onze keuken gekocht bij de Keukenspecialist in Nijmegen die zelfs hun leveranciers uitzoekt..
We hebben een gun Metal spoelbak "miami" en ook de kraan en alleen de spoelbak laar beschadigingen zien zonder geldige reden.
Reginox heeft mij nog poetspasta laten kopen die enkel geschikt is voor rvs spoelbakken en niet voor die met een coating...De krasjes hadden dus nog erger kunnen worden en zelfs mijn silestone aanrechtblad, kunnen beschadigen..
De keuken is op 22 juli 2024 geplaatst en de spoelbak kan tegen een stootje, mijn tieners leggen niet voorzichtig het bestek in de spoelbak maar mikken van een meter afstand ofzo, dit veroorzaakt gebruikerssporen in de spoelbak zoals kleine deukjes en krasjes, maar nergens laat de coating los...dus dat de coating los laat op een randje aan de achterkant bovenop de spoelbak is echter dan ook niet te verklaren, behalve een fabrieks fout...
Maar dat wil Reginox niet toegeven en de Keukenspecialist nijmegen zit op faillissement te wachten, bedankt Reginox voor een waardeloos artikel!

Nog nooit zo’n slechte wasbak gehad.

Vorige keuken na 20 jaar nog geen roest.
Deze nieuwe keuken binnen 4 jaar al 3x een nieuw zeefje voor de wasbak moeten aanschaffen
(25,- + verzendkosten = ~35 euro )

Het kogeltje van het “zeefje comfort grote knop” van de reginox wasbak roest binnen 1 jaar helemaal weg waardoor het zeefje niet meer bruikbaar is.
RVS staat op de beschrijving…. Klopt, behalve die stalen kogel die dus volledig wegroest.

I purchased a sink as part of a new kitchen. 3 months later after following care guidelines the sink is scratched and stained.
I contacted Reginox direct, who point blank refused to discuss it with me. They told me to speak to the company who I purchased it from, and they would have to contact them!
This started a series of emails between Reginox and myself, all of which had to go through the company I bought the sink off.
I got absolutely nowhere, and was told the problem was caused by knives and sharp objects being put in the sink(which I had not done)
Eventually Reginox offered to let me purchase another sink at a discount. This I of course refused as I had already purchased one sink that was faulty! If you are considering purchasing any form of White composite sink from them, keep in mind if you have any problems they will neither talk to you or accept any responsibility and you could be throwing your money down the drain.The guarantee on the sinks is as good as useless as they will tell you you caused the problem yourself.

Tarnished taps
Delayed review due to personal issues.
I had a self imposed issue with my taps, I put to strong a descaler on them resulting in tarnishing.
My wife went ballistic as to the mess I made. !******!
On contacting Reginox UK for replacements I found they were discontinued (over 6 years old now). However they matched me up with a near identical set and sent them out next day.
The company let me have them FREE OF CHARGE (due to my marital strife I presume).
I could not have wished for better service, excellent product and backup, I cannot understand other negative reviews.
My son is a plumber and always recommends REGINOX now I told him of my issue and the backup I received.

Geen ster waardig!
Zwarte coating laat binnen enkele weken los (eerst ontstaan blaasjes en daarna bladdert de coating in grote stukken af). Isolatie aan onderzijde spoelbak liet bij ons ook binnen enkele weken los. Een waardeloos product.

I had a small problem with the strainer in a Reginox sink and got very good service.

Waardeloze coating, ondanks een beschermer ging na 2mnd al de isolatie aan de onderkant los en na 6 mnd de coating. Degene die de keuken heeft gerenoveerd uit Kollum wil van niks weten.

3 in 1 boiling water tap
Wonderful product found it great for 3 years, contacted them as the tank is suddenly leaking for trouble shooting guidance or suggestions for repairs, called to be told to send an email, no problem,
Had an email back to advise the manufacturer of these tanks has gone into administration and no help or guidance offered other than to buy a filter or do a descale, I asked if doing these things would stop a leak!!! When I was then sent a link to buy a new tap.
I honestly thought this tap was fantastic but the customer service was definitely not as expected, I expected some kind support or recommendations for replacement parts!
We live and learn I suppose, so won't be buying my replacement from them and will look for a different brand.

Hele slechte kwaliteit zwarte spoelbak, coating laat helemaal los er ontstaan blaasjes waarna de coating loskomt

In the UK at least, they are a "B2B business" didn't you know! Meaning in effect they will not communicate at all to the end user. And they have the ba... to say that is "unfortunate". Too right it is, for the poor customer. Their slippery shoulders pointing back to the retailer.
In my case with a broken kitchen tap, of obvious poor quality, just three years old.

Sloping shoulders. Their hot water tap failed after 6 months but they do not deal with anything to do with the product and send you to watersolutionsdirect who you cannot call and have to email. 1 star for answering the phone and being polite.
