I used reliable surveyors for my first time buyer property purchase and I have nothing but an excellent service from start from finish and they sorted everything for me (solicitor, broker and surveyor) would highly recommend

I used their surveying service. The service is so fabulous and efficient. The staff gave me the quotation very quickly and patiently answered my enquiries. I just would like to say if they could email the link to do the payment, it will be much more better. Later, the booking could arrange the appointment on the next day, Fab! The logistic staff Brigitte is so responsive,politely and patiently answered my questions. Peace of mind!
Jazz helped me do the homebuyer report. He is experienced and detail-minded. Plus, he could give loads of opinions and insights to the first time buyers.

They were fantastic through and through. We left it a little last minute to do our survey in our flat purchase, but they were accomidating and did all they could to get us in as soon as possible.

Jazz in particular was fantastic, who gave us a verbal lowdown on the day of the survey so we could have the information we needed to proceed with the purchase before the full report came through. Jazz then worked over the weekend to get us the report as promptly as he could, and I feel went over and beyond.

They've helped with the final hoops to jump through to get our dream flat.

I worked with Reliable Property Group on 3 occasions so far and lately, from my latest experience and a few other reviews here I see they started using some rather manipulative tactics to get as many customers but not deliver on their promises.
They did not give me a quote in the email, but called promising that if I made the payment ASAP I would get an early survey date. After making the payment and 2 days before the given survey date, they sent me an email rescheduling the survey two weeks later than promised.
I found another surveyor in the meantime and decided to cancel but their refund only came after 4-5 emails, at least 8 phone calls and 2 weeks later.
While the payment was instantly processed from the first phone call, I had to write a couple of emails to their billing team, insist and annoy them with phone calls, give them my bank account details so they would later change their mind and promise to refund my card, give me a transaction id that after chasing it with my bank proved to be invalid and finally after expressing my willingness to take legal action them finally deciding to process the refund.
It's a shame because their surveyor created some good reports in the past, very detailed and helpful but the whole business is ruined by greed and dirty sales tactics topped with either poor organisational skills or deliberate attempts to withhold refunds.

I do not enjoy writing this sort of reviews but finding a trustworthy surveyor is VERY difficult and we all rely on these sorts of reviews to make an informed choice in our not-always-easy home-buying process.

Had a great experience with this company, and would highly recommend. From the start they provided me with great advice, and were happy to answer any of my questions.
The survey was booked in quickly and I received a very detailed report shortly after.

Horrible experience, STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND!

Asked for a quote online, and I've received a phone call almost immediately from Jeremiah Amoo.
He offered me a fast service if I'd had paid on the same day and "if the sale fall through we'll give you the money back, guarantee".
Being new on the market, and wanted to coronate the dream of buying an house with my wife I accepted.

Luckily my solicitor mentioned that, going for a new flat, a survey wasn't necessary.
Called Jeremiah to cancel the survey and he tried used the house price to scare me into having the survey, really unprofessional.

Obviously I still have followed all the steps to cancel it, but I still had to wait a week before anyone reply to me.
Another week got by and I had to call the office only to have someone saying "the refund will be issued on Friday" without even asking my name!

Is now 3 weeks (3 weeks!!!) and the still didn't give me my money back, nor are replying to any email.

SCAMMERS OF THE ALL SPECIES, USING YOUR FEAR TO GET MONEY FROM YOU!

Service and communication was excellent, I spoke with a lady called Nataliya, who was helpful and attentive.
I would definitely recommend.

VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE.. communication was prompt throughout the whole process from the initial first call to the last. Initially spoke with ‘Jeremiah’ to book in and all staff extremely helpful and informative.

Very good service every step of the way. staff were always attentive and listened to concerns we had regarding the property in order to provide the service we needed. Communication between the bookings team and our estate agent was smooth and prompt. we just had to book and sit back and let reliable do the rest. Thanks !!!!

I have initially reached out to them for a quote and an approximate date for a level 2 survey, I had a reply fairly quickly and I was given an approximate date of 2 weeks.
I have sent them the payment then the nightmare started.
I had no update the for 10 days after making the payment.
I have sent at least 3 emails, but no reply all the emails were sent to the same person who was dealing with me Jordan Lee-Hixon.
After that, I called the office in 2 occasions, and I got the same reply, "they have to check with the booking team"
After so many calls, I have eventually given a date for the survey, which was 6 WEEKS from the booking.
That does not end here.
1 day before the survey I had a call saying that the survivor is sick and the survey will be completed by another company with work with.

From the time I made an inquiry with Reliable Property Group about doing my valuation they were very helpful and professional. Inform and guided me about the valuation process times and first available dates. I found them to be kind and friendly staff answer and question you have very smooth, highly recommend going forward myself, friends and family will definitely used them on all our projects.

Reliable has a terrible customer service. They tell you they will call you back and they don't. They tell they will reply to your email and they don't. They tell you they refund your money and they do after I called them every day (several times per each day) for 3 weeks. I have no idea how they are a surveyor company but I do know they are really bad with their customers. I would suggest trying a different company.

Ive dealt with various surveyors over the last 20 years and hands down Reliable Property Group have been the best that I have ever dealt with. Their quality, customer service, speed of the turning things around is what makes them a market leading firm. Extremely impressed and will be recommending to friends, family and colleagues.

Spoke to sales on the phone and they said the survey would get done next week, when booked it was actually a month away. During the refund process they instituted undue delays and took over 20 days to refund me my money. Would not recommend.
