Thank you to Dave from Rentokil.
Dave from Rentokil does a regular site visit to me. He knows I have a terrible phobia of rodents and is very patient. He has provided all the necessary traps and bait boxes, he has done a site survey and advised on areas that I could improve on such as gaps under a pedestrian door and adding a grate to a drain that was missing. (all excellent advice, he really knows his stuff). I just want to say thank you to him for his continued support and advice. As such I will be increasing the contract to an additional two factory units this year.

The initial consultants report recommended the wrong treatment, but the error was quickly corrected by the very experienced operator (John Woolnough) who corrected the error, applied the correct treatment, and did a first class job, while providing very helpful advice throughout.

Ian treated flat for bed bugs
We had Ian come out to treat our flat for bed bugs. From the start he was extremely thorough and reassuring. He spent hours doing the treatment and was always flexible with when he would visit and also answered questions via text between visits. He was very friendly and we couldn’t have asked for a better job. He successfully treated our flat.
