James is a regular visitor to the hospital. He's very polite and well mannered. Nothing is to much trouble for him. It's always a pleasure to deal with him.

I paid £900 o Rentokil to get rid of an infestation of clothes moths, which they have failed to do - claiming that it was impossible to do so because of the large, heavy Afghan carpet that we have (and did have when accepting their quotation).
No contact has since been made by Rentokil.

From the time I contacted Rentokil they responded quickly Had someone come out and checked out our problem thoroughly he couldn’t find anything and we had a technician come and put some monitors down and the next time the technician came with another person and checked the monitors but again couldn’t find anything thing they again checked thoroughly but didn’t find anything. From start to finish we’re very professional

Once contacted Luke came out to give us a survey very quockly. Tom was quick and on time to spray the house. I am hoping that this has, now rid us of the fleas.

Communications with the company were very smooth and easy, from the initial visit from Clare and John to the follow-up visits from Anthony.
The inspection was very helpful in identifying possible intrusion points on the exterior of the property, and the follow-up visits were always on time and Anthony was always very polite and easy to communicate with.
The treatment is relatively costly but top quality. I made the right choice in calling in the experts.
