Rent the Runway Avis 

Purchased online. Received super fast notification from RTR and received my dress within days. I was able to track the package and knew when it was to be delivered. The dress is in beautiful shape and I couldn't be happier! All set to wear on Thanksgiving day. Thank you RTR!

Their desktop version and their app have different uses. It’s better to use the desktop version. Rules on how their service works could be explained better. I did end up getting a credit towards a membership that I did not want to my account. But when I ordered two discounted rented pieces from my rental I didn’t know I could keep them and I ended up shipping them all back so I never got what I really wanted. They did end up giving me a refund which they don’t normally do. Overall experience was very disappointing. Last customer service experience was very disappointing as it did not solve my receiving what I truly wanted.

I needed a formal dress and a cocktail dress for a wedding. A friend told me about RTR. Not only did I find two perfect dresses, but I had fun, fun, fun in the process. I became a member and am now renting pants, sweaters, and dresses every month. It's a little ray of sunshine to receive the deliveries. And the customer service is excellent, especially for new members.

The selections of dresses & gowns is amazing. The customer service at RTR is always above and beyond. They are always responsive whether you are using their text service or calling them.
Your clothing arrives promptly. Exchanges and replacements are expedited. Making returns couldn’t be any easier.

I’ve been using rent the runway for over 10 years for special events and I intermittently pay for the membership to get 5 to 10 items per month. I have been very happy with the quality of items, customer service, and the return process. I’ve also purchased several used items from rent the runway and have been happy with the quality. I will likely continue my membership into next year for my upcoming vacation in Hawaii.

Had a shipping issue and they were quick to help me resolve. Some items come looking more worn than expected and sometimes even damaged.

Customer service is really helpful, quick and friendly! They help with problems and are quick to resolve. Such a differentiator today with too much AI chat and unfriendly reps. Really appreciate RTR.

RTR is ah-mazing all around. I’ve been a monthly member for over 4 years and have rented for special events multiple times. Love the brands and customer service is the best. It truly is an investment to feel and look great when I work or play. It also supports my goal of a minimalist wardrobe.

RTR's customer service is always amazing. I know nobody really loves having to deal with customer service, but I think at least 99% of the time I've contacted RTR's CS team, they knock it out of the park and go above and beyond to make things rights. Love their rental selections, but their customer service may be the real star!

I love the concept of the service and the first few years were glorious! Now, it is feeling hit or miss on the state of the dress showing up. Some of the clothes feel like they have been through a million harsh commercial washes and the wrinkles/fading is feeling more Goodwill than Runway.

I have been a member since 2022. I use to LOVE Rent the Runway. I do not know what happened. The styles of dresses have declined significantly. They do not deliver with hangers so I have to find a way to make it not wrinkly. It is truly disappointing how I cannot use them anymore because what is available is just - ugly.

Truly excellent customer service. I had a package stolen and they immediately found me a replacement and didn't charge me for the missing item. They have pretty great selection and I always love wearing their items to events!

First time using has been fantastic. Quick shipments and very positive customer experience. I was pleased with my selection and while I had two quality issues they addressed it immediately with credits. I will continue to utilize as it’s a fun way to try some new pieces. Hope they are more designer options too.

I’ve been a customer for over 10 years, if not more. When RTR had Chanel purses and only one model. Even though I do miss some brands, I can say that I 100% spend less money in clothing by having their membership service and their customer service is superb. Their agents help find a quick solution to problems and are extremely nice while conducting resolutions. The fact that they have a pickup service to your home has made such an impact to my crazy life. I wouldn’t be able to continue my membership without that amazing service. 10/10 I recommend.
