Good engineer, impersonal booking service
The engineer was very competent and pleasant. Your automated texts and emails were repetitive, tiresome and even threatening.
The fact that the engineer had apparently diagnosed the problem before arriving suggests a design fault.

Fault Solved after 3rd visit.
Eventually the 3rd visit (senior engineer) solved and repaired the fault, albeit visit booked 1700 to 2000, arrived 0900!

Went above and beyond
Friendly, helpful, prompt arrival. Excellent service for a "broken" washing machine. He explained things very carefully, and went above and beyond what was expected. If we need an engineer again, send Rob.

Professional service at all times
The technician phoned me 10 minutes before he arrived. He was on time and knew exactly what needed doing. He had all the right parts with him - not easy as my appliance was showing the wrong error code.
The service was exemplary and he worked out the right solution to the problem. He was polite and friendly throughout the job.
