The engineer was very competent and pleasant. Your automated texts and emails were repetitive, tiresome and even threatening.
The fact that the engineer had apparently diagnosed the problem before arriving suggests a design fault.

Eventually the 3rd visit (senior engineer) solved and repaired the fault, albeit visit booked 1700 to 2000, arrived 0900!

Ian is an excellent engineer, he explained everything to me . Very helpful when I asked him about cleaning the glass door .

The technician phoned me 10 minutes before he arrived. He was on time and knew exactly what needed doing. He had all the right parts with him - not easy as my appliance was showing the wrong error code.

It was so easy to book a repair online. The engineer, Kevin, came in the time slot and was really friendly and clearly an expert at his job. He found the issue quickly and was able to repair the issue on the spot. This was the second time we’ve had Kevin come out for repairs of our washer/dryer and couldn’t fault a single thing about our experience.

Respond Services have been unable to repair my appliance over the past few weeks (not their fault) but have made every effort during several visits to do so. Office staff and engineers have been efficient and considerate throughout a lengthy process and even though the repair was not possible I could not have asked for better service.

From start to finish AEG service department was brilliant kept me up-to-date email on a regular basis gave me a time slot which the engineer turned up in that time slot couldn’t ask for any more thank you AEG for your help the engineer himself was very nice explained everything about the fridgefreezer that you don’t often find in the booklet and reset the temp which is different to what it says in the booklet and already there has been a massive improvement. Very nice guy very talkative well presented his company who works for again thank you. I have no worries about the fridge freezer
