The simplicity of getting boxed documents picked up for storage. I sent an email for boxes of documents to be picked and I had an email back within the hour and the boxes were picked up 2 days later.

You have recently changed the process…
You have recently changed the process in the way sending boxes back to restore is processed which we were not informed of. This caused the collection driver to leave on two separate occasions with no boxes as we were unaware we had to print labels ourselves now and the driver did not supply these as previously. This was not communicated to us.

Great Service
Never had an issue. Delivery has always been prompt, almost always next working day and when it's the following working day it's always because I sent in a request fairly late.
