Switched from Three to Rewild today and the whole process was seamless. Thomas on live chat was genuinely brilliant — patient, proactive, and refreshingly honest (he told me upfront the transfer could take 2 minutes or 6 hours, and it was closer to 2!). He walked me through every step of the eSIM setup and made sure everything was working before signing off. Exactly the kind of customer service that's rare these days. Really happy I made the switch.

I've been chatting with Thomas the last few days and he's always been helpful and has never taken too long to respond. After a lot of back and forth we finally seem to have mobile internet working properly. Let's hope it stays that way.

I decided to switch to Rewild as the values they're pushing for are important to me. Sign up was easy, but I had some issues porting my number across (moving from Three to Three can sometimes take a little longer). Thomas stepped in to help, taking ownership of the number transfer and keeping me updated along the way. Everything has now moved over flawlessly and I don't plan on switching again anytime soon. Really easy and simple set up! Thomas from the team was able to help when it turned out much phone model isn't able to download eSims, and was really friendly and patient! Wonderful to be on a phone plan where I know my money will do some good, and so great mobile coverage!

I have just got an unlimited data sim for my net gear router for my campervan, price PM was super competitive and what can I say about customer service it was first class !!! A big up to Thomas his clear explaining on my call and easy solution solving was exemplary he even followed up 2 weeks later. He is a credit to the organisation and I will 100% consider Rewind for more solutions in the future.
