Great service for a problem that wasn't!
I erroneously thought there was something wrong with my order so I sent an email as I didn't pay for premium support, not expecting (or needing) a speedy response. Almost instantaneously I got a very polite and detailed response from Rhys explaining why what I was looking at didn't indicate there was a problem, and much more.

A few configuration headaches, but great live support.
A few configuration headaches, and the support site appears to be non-functional. However the support provided by live chat and whatsapp was good: Rhys got back to queries within a couple of minutes even on Sunday, and provided accurate, helpful, specific technical advice which worked a treat and resolved our problems. Initial impressions very good overall.

Customer Support (Rhys) was excellent on the message service. Sim arrived quickly and service was good in our area, although it did reduce a bit at peak hours. Definitely worth a try!

First time buying a eSIM and bought one…
First time buying a eSIM and bought one for for data but my iMessages wont work. Messaged the WhatsApp and received a speedy response explaining I can request a daily charge option on the dashboard with no need to switch eSIM, good customer service. Will work out the same price as my provider but still a more ethical choice I think.

Quick checkout and onboarding process which was slightly hampered by trying to setup my eSIM on airport WiFi which prevented the eSIM from being downloaded. That said contacting Rhys through WhatsApp got me quickly setup and they were very friendly.

Just a Little Disappointed.
To be honest, currently I'm not entirely thrilled with the service. Not that the support team didn't do their job; that was fine. It's because I have had to ask twice now for the delivery of my physical SIM card; I have been waiting for nearly two weeks for it now.
