I found the website extremely easy to use and prices are great too. Customer service with real humans is an even bigger bonus!! Well done Rewild. Rhys confirmed my Travel SIM was data only as I wasn't sure upon set up but he was so patient & helpful to someone not young enough to know everything that is IT! Great customer service.

Data only travel SIMs catch plenty of people out, so checking before you travelled was exactly the right thing to do. Nothing to do with age either, most of us have to double check something at some point.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, and I'm sorry the coverage wasn't up to scratch where you are. Speeds depend on the local network in your area, and when it doesn't perform, that's frustrating.
On the charge, the SIM was live from the moment you activated it, and our Terms are clear that activation means the plan is charged in full. That didn't sit right with us given your experience, so we refunded almost the whole bill as a goodwill gesture and kept only the small amount covering the few days you were actually live.
If coverage improves where you are, we'd be glad to have you back. Thanks for giving Rewild a go, and for being part of the community.

Ordered 2 eSims for an impending holiday to Morocco. First time using eSims so not sure what to do.
When I tried to install it on my wife's phone, I found it didn't support it. Contacted Rewild via WhatsApp to get a refund and got through to Rhys, so walked me through how to identify which sim I had installed so he could refund the other one.
Thanks to Rhys' patience, I was able to get the information he needed and he was able to refund me, which I received in minutes.
Thanks for all your help Rhys, I will definitely be using Rewild again!

An excellent customer service…
An excellent customer service experience! As a novice using travel eSIM cards I was understandably anxious about purchasing one over the internet and then setting it up.
When i encountered a challenge i used the ‘live chat’ function and following a friendly and professional all was resolved and the activation was confirmed.
I was also given reassurances that all should work when i reached my destination but they would be available to help if i should encounter any problems. I left the chat feeling very supported and optimistic that all would be well
