We had a problem went away in Croatia with our Internet connection. We spoke to Thomas via WhatsApp and he helped us sort this problem out and gave us travel Sims for while we were away.

I had concerns over the travel charges…BUT customer service turned it round!
I had concerns over the travel charges so planned to leave Re Wild Mobile within the 14 days sign up cooling down period.... BUT I had the best customer service of any mobile network ever! Thomas explained about how I can make travel more affordable by staying with them, helped me work out my data usage with a previous network and answered all my questions quickly and with humour. The ethos of this company is amazing and thanks to his help I've stayed with them as I can now see it IS really affordable if you know what to do! Thanks Thomas!

It’s very refreshing to be able to talk to a human and not a chat bot that takes you round in circles! Thomas’ communication was speedy, thorough and friendly.
