Mary was always at the end of the phone whenever we needed her, regularly kept in touch and really explained every aspect of the process in detail. I've been using Mary for the last 2 years. Mary was fantastic throughout our property purchase. We were first time buyers so were a little bit clueless when it came to buying out property but Mary clearly explained things to us and was always at hand throughout the process.
