I had a very positive experience with Rhythm Health. LifeShot has a fresh, natural taste and is easy to include in my daily routine. I particularly like that it is plant-based, dairy-free and made with fermented coconut.

I received the product the next day, and it was very well packaged. The ordering process was straightforward, and Rhythm Health provides helpful information about the product and how to use it.

I would happily recommend LifeShot to anyone looking for a convenient, plant-based live-culture drink.

Extremely slow process, time consuming, rude customer support, and all around total waste of time. I could have ordered the labs online, spent less money, run into my local Labcorp, got the results a week faster, and skipped the FedEx drop off and rude customer support. I came here for the convenience but I got anything but. Trust me, don’t waste your time or money. This company will be out of business within a year.

Solid Merch helped me with my first flexi disc release. The process was smooth & easy start to finish, with great customer service along the way. Every time I sent an email I received a response within 24 hours. They helped me with some of my layout too, to get the best possible imprint on the record. Rhythmhealth went above and beyond to ensure the quickest and most efficient delivery of their product. They were easy to reach and answered every single last question of mine(I had many). I am happy with the service they provided. The kefir is delicious. ( As a previous customer mentioned, I too expected more of a sour/tangy taste oppose to the sweet taste of young coconuts but I can understand that those unfamiliar with kefir might prefer the sweeter taste. To adjust for this, I plan on leaving my kefir outside the fridge about 24 hours before drinking it.)
