By far the best kefir available
Rhythm Health kefir is by far the best non-dairy kefir I've tried, and being able to get it delivered in a 5L bag is a great way to minimise packaging waste and have a constant supply. Processing and delivery was super quick, and I love that they used a bottle of frozen water to chill the parcel, so there is no unnecessary waste! Can't recommend this product enough.

Great company and service, but not the best product.
I would rate five star for the service, couldn’t get any better. However, the product itself was a bit of a let down, I have suffered from IBD and after other testimonials and research decided to give it a go. U fortunately it made zero difference in the way I feel and upon testing before and after it also didn’t have any effect on my bloods or microbiome and so forth. My cal-protecten levels
Actually went up from 73 to 3 months of taking to 1458, this may be because of this or other reasons. I was so hoping for great results, it’s just a shame the product doesn’t match the amazing service.

Hi there,
Furthermore to your response I would like to add that we spoke in great depth about how my calprotectin was in the 1000’s and as I’m sure you will remember I was advised to take a test before and after to measure the results. You discussed how another client noticed no difference in her condition, however upon taking a calprotectin test before and after there was a difference. You spoke about how amazed you were that I was able to get down to 73 on diet alone and that the previous rise could’ve been to do with a 40 day juice fast. All evidence could be provided of these tests, but I have never been asked to provide you with such and am more than happy to do so. As you are aware I followed the exact same protocol as Hemal and worked with the same nutritionists following the same diet, which we talked in great depths. I have also spent a lot of time meditating on a daily basis, which included Transcendental meditating which I has helped become quite adept in dealing with any emotional stressors. I knew that this is not a replacement for medical advice or intervention, but this is a standard disclaimer given by every practitioner under alternative healing. After taking a test and finding it had risen to nearly 1500, it was rather disheartening. Without further testing neither of us can say if it was the product or external stressors. I appreciate and support what you’re all about and if it works and supports others I am all for that, however it hasn’t made any difference to my health in symptoms or medical testing. I wish you all the best in your future endeavours and that if other clients choose to proceed with this product that they have more success.

You came to us under the recommendation of your fellow graduate friend who used our products and was also suffering from IBD , he reported to us that his CRP and later calprocetin levels had reduced to normal after a 3 month course of Life Shot 200 . He gave us a positive review on our website under the name Hemal ( see in reviews on website ).
Just for clarification purposes we are not implying this product is a medicine for the treatment of the (IBD) Inflammatory Bowel Disease . Importantly I must add that whilst on the course of Life Shot's Hemal followed a very strict diet, inspired by qualified specialist nutritionists in the control of IBD, and made other significant lifestyle changes which included him optimizing his understanding of his emotional triggers that affected him and subsequently he greatly reduced his stress and anxiety levels .
Indicating in your review that the products may have actually increased your calprotectin levels (inflammation levels) ''this may be because of this or other reasons ''. I think it is only fair to balance up the background to your review in terms of ''other reasons'' as you have posted this on a public platform and we are invited to reply, i feel compelled to do so . Lifestyle is a big part of this condition and stress is a major contributing factor to Inflammation. I spent several hours on the telephone with you discussing your stressful situation. You emphasized you were under a great deal of stress, because of a heavy schedule of course work assessments, which were part of preparations for your final exams whilst taking the Life shots over the three months.
In our initial very detailed discussion on the telephone you explained that your calprotectin levels had been previously very high in the thousands in fact. You never shared on the phone that you taken an up-to -date calprotectin test ? that was 73, which is only a 23 count above normal. This certainly does not match up with your description of symptoms at the time ,which were quite severe and that was why you were interested ,because of Hemal's encouraging story.
I felt great empathy for your situation and gave you a 60% discount as you were a student. However,
I must make it known that I have never seen any results from your calprotectin tests that you say you have taken either immediately before commencing the Life Shot course or afterwards.
You did text message me on the 16th January 2020 after completing the three months course of LIfe Shot's regarding a calprotectin test you were intending to take Your text message reads: :
'' That would be great to see if it has affected my calprotectin levels in a positive way, as I've not noticed any significant difference physically, but also worried that how stressful the last few months have been and how that could affect things ''. This clearly indicates that you were under a great deal of stress.
We realise there is no magic bullet , quick fix to these disabling digestive conditions. It's a slow climb out and hopefully you can achieve this at a less intense, stressful time. We genuinely wish you all the very best for the future with your career and hope the exams are going well!

Fantastic product for all the family.
Fantastic product, initially recommended by my functional medicine practitioner just for me (34 year old female). I have since got the whole family (3 young children and husband) using this product with great results, we have seen a great health boost from using the Life Shots. Increased energy, improved digestion, brighter skin. Have also been impressed by the customer service received anytime I have had a query. Worth the price for the health benefits.

The best in the business!
If you are looking for the best Kefir on the face of this planet then you have found the right place! I've been taking the life shots 200 for around three months and they have made a massive difference to my health. They help keep my Crohn's and blood sugar issue under control and greatly improve my quality of life.
