Very knowledgeable, friendly and good customer service
I was looking for a vinyl record player and wasn’t sure which one to choose. The staff at Richer Sounds, Bournemouth were incredibly knowledgeable and helped me narrow down the right option without any pressure. They gave clear, honest advice, made the whole buying process effortless, and were genuinely friendly throughout. Excellent customer service all around — highly recommended.

Richer Sounds prices can never be beaten. But what makes them special is their, above and beyond, customer service which is the best of any business/organisation with whom I've had dealings/purchases. Cannot recommend them highly enough.
