Richer Sounds - Chester Avis 

I KNEW WHAT I WANTED AND I WENT THROUGH IT WITH THE STORE ASSISTANT AND HE WAS GREAT EXPLAINING EACH ITEMS FEATURES BUT ALSO WHAT WAS COMPATIBLE WITH MY SYSTEM AND HE AGREED WITH MY FIRST CHOICE.

It was very easy to pay for my chosen item, and i decided to go and collect my purchase from the store in Chester.

Parking was wasy, and the staff were friendly and efficient, so it was more than a pleasure buying from them

Expert advice in an ever changing market is essential. We were very pleased with the advice we received from the knowledgeable and polite staff.

The shop was actually empty so we had the full attention of the man I believe is the manager of the Chester shop. He wasn't pushy in any way, but seemed veru knolegable, found us the product we were looking for and the anciaries to go with it. He was also able to give us the information about the product we needed that isn't available on line. That included headphones and he had a sample we could try on. That is never available elsewhere. Absolutely all we wanted, a stark cotraste to the poor experiance in Curries half an hour before looking for the same product. RS will always be our first choice for any future requirments, though we'd really like to have a branch nearer to LL41 than Chester where we rarely go.

I felt that I was given excellent advice when buying my headphones. I was able to try them out using my phone and Craig very helpfully set it up for me, as I'm a complete newbie where these things are concerned. My headphones were delivered to the shop and I was able to collect them the next day. I was kept informed of the progress of the delivery, including a phone message from the manager. Super friendly and helpful staff.

Ewan went the extra mile in helping sort out the wiring for my speakers and even put the fittings on, very nice guy and as usual your staff are always friendly, approachable and available.

Excellent process from buying online to delivery. Quick easy and well delivered by Tracy and Paul. Richer sounds were the cheapest and also provide a 6 year warranty. This isn’t out first purchase and definitely won’t be our last
