Richer Sounds - Chester Avis 

It was a pleasant shopping experience, I knew what I wanted when I walked to the shop. Staff member was very helpful, he found the item and brought it out to the car for us.
The item was also competitively priced.
We have dealt with Richer Sounds in the past and found them to be a very good company.

Ewan in the Chester branch was very helpful. He explained everything we needed to know about the television and sound bar I was purchasing. He took his time and made us feel very at ease and not rushed.

The service was excellent. Friendly, really helpful and an enjoyable experience. The staff (Ewan was the main member of staff I dealt with) were very helpful.
Price was very good. All in all, am a very happy customer and wouldn't buy anywhere else.

As usual first rate shopping experience difficult to beat

I only purchased gift vouchers for my son's birthday, (he is a Richer Sounds fan) Nice, helpful staff...good straightforward experience. I did like being able to have a personal message printed on the sales receipt.

Chester branch. I had done my research and had already spoken to Ewan and booked a listening demo for a Ruark R610. Everything was set up ready for my appointment and we were well hosted by Ewan, who was very knowledgeable and happily answered all our questions. Following the demo, I ordered the R610, CD transport & Sabre-R Speakers. All arrived next day with next day delivery to my home. My first purchase with Richer Sounds, and would definitely recommend. Excellent customer service.

6 year warranty, allways great to have, it gives you confidence in the item your buying, and in my case the ruark r3s, this is a great music system, good price and delivery when you want.
The staff were great when I first ordered on the phone just to check a few things and all sorted and ordered in about 10 mins.

First they sent me a voucher, most welcome. I decided to buy a Roberts Radio and the transaction over the phone went really smoothly. I knew I would be near the shop so opted to collect it, they phoned me to say the radio had arrived at the shop and I collected it later that afternoon. Shout out to Ewan for guiding me through the process and arranging collection. All the staff I met were really polite and knowledgeable. Customer service? Faultless. Price? Couldn't be beaten.

Needed to replace my old Bose loved the quality of sound discussed my needs and with advice I purchased a technics sc-c70mk2 was a little bit of work tuning it in with apps and such which is a little bit like using an abacus for me but with just a little help I’ve got the absolute best rich sound that I was looking for all in one piece of brilliant machinery well pleased.

Popped in to speak to one of your advisors about the Yaber projector. Although you didn't have one in stock, he looked up the specs & compared it to another one of similar value. He also told me that I had a 30 day no quibble trial which I was impressed with. The item also came with a 6 year guarantee included. So I've bought one, tried it out & yes, like a lot of others it's better when it starts to get dark outside. However, the picture & sound are great & some apps are already preinstalled. So far so good. Great service & a great product too. Thanks!

I had purchased a tv, JBL amplifier with 5 Focal speakers.
Great product, including the Hisense tv which initiallynI was a bit skeptical.

I appreciate the Staff, including Craig helped me out to fix an issue I had with ome Focal support.
Craig went beyond and contact another store to speed up the delivery.

Only criticism - an estimated time of arrival when ordering would be useful

A good price and delivery timescales acceptable. Ordered on the Sunday and delivered on the Thursday.
Advised continuously as order was readied for delivery and order tracking was good.
Only issue was that the delivery was an hour and three quarters from when got the call to suggest they would be 30-60 minutes. If they had issues then a further call to say a slight delay would have been grateful, although delivery was within the 3 hour window originally advised. I had arranged to pick daughter up after the hour and luckily my wife was in to take delivery.

As always your team member listen to my issue and came up with a solution. It worked. I’d bought my mother in law a TV for her at her nursing home but she found the remote too confusing and difficult to use so off to RS store and I came away with a simplified version with bigger buttons. You already have a customer for life with me. Thank You RS.

PS Many years ago I got given a pint glass at Christmas from your store it had Santa on it on a beach with the wording something like “You’ll get wrecked on our prices”. Please do them again mine got broken a couple of months ago.
