Richer Sounds - Exeter Avis 

I recently purchased from Richer Sounds and was extremely impressed with the service. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very knowledgeable, taking the time to answer all my questions and provide helpful advice without any pressure. The whole experience was professional and enjoyable from start to finish. Excellent customer service and a great team. I would highly recommend Richer Sounds to anyone looking for quality products and expert guidance.

I have made plenty of purchases over the years at Richer Sounds around the country. They are always my go to shop because of the quality of the products and the knowlege of the staff.
On this visit I had limited time to buy a new TV but the experience could have been improved had I been taken through a 'check list' that would have narrowed the choice down to the most suitable one. Had I not asked about the refresh rate, I would have bought the wrong TV. Also, I did not realise that the one I bought does not have freeview and I was unaware that the TV could operate by wi-fi streaming until I was in the process of setting it up.
There were absolutely no instructions with the TV about how to set it up or even a website link to find instructions. I had to experiment with on screen options.
In summary, have I bought the right TV and is the TV that I have bought connected and set up for optimum performance?

Mark and all of the staff members were helpful, very knowledgeable and happy to deal with me - stressed and untechy! They helped me find a tv that would be suitable for my husband who is in a nursing home and were happy to speak to the maintenance guy to arrange the installation. They also delivered which was a great help. I’ll definitely be back!

Yet another great experience with Richer Sounds. Nothing spectacular - just a pair of earphones - but the staff in the Exeter store were every bit as friendly and enthusiastic as I've long since come to expect from RS. I sincerely wish all retailers could be as trustworthy and unpretentious as they are.

First class service as always I used to use a local independent company but he retired and since then everything I’ve had has been bought here. Tv is as good as expected I just wish my other one would have lasted till my insurance payment came the I would have had the top model but still might and give this one away

Every little detail matters to them: even though a small item was missing from my ‘open box’ turntable; having reported it, a new one was delivered DPD! Excellent.
