Richer Sounds - Exeter Avis 

My experience with Richer Sounds is always positive. Staff are extremely knowledgeable and they don’t push too hard for sales.
I had a problem that they fixed for me very easily and would go back without hesitation. The price was superb due to an offer.

Great service as usual, item wasn’t in stock but they ordered it in overnight and phoned the next day to say it was available (was more convenient for me to collect rather than have delivered to home which they also offered). Great store, friendly staff, great prices. Can’t ask for any more.

Nick who answered every question and gave me good information so I ordered over the phone there and then. I would recommend Richer Sounds for any appliance you might need. I shall certainly buy from them again when I need something

So happy to go to Richer Sounds and get what we wanted. The guys were so helpful and polite, knowledgeable too. The actual place has parking too if needed and the deal for guarantee for 6 years at £30 was superb. Delivery was next day. A great shopping experience.

Contacted the Exeter store re purchase of LG TV. Wanted to buy now to take advantage of the sale price but arrange delivery in a few weeks. Not a problem.

Had bought a Technics record player which, just over a year, went seriously wrong. RicherSounds got it collected. Several weeks, no info, then they informed me they were waiting for parts, a few days later I was informed they were sending a new one, they have, wow!
