First class telesales. Spoke to someone who listened to what I wanted, communicated well, made an appropriate amount of small talk while we were sorting things out, facilitated an introductory VIP discount, and gave me an accurate estimate on delivery. (Which was actually bettered.)

Went into the Leicester branch with a basic idea of what I wanted in terms of hifi. After spending some considerable time with Jason I now have an amazing set up at home where I can listen to my vinyl and hear things I have never noticed before. Really pleased with the advice given to me and for Jason being able to interpret what I required and also keeping roughly to my budget. Shall definitely be back later in the year when I want to upgrade my turntable.

Richer Sounds approach to customer engagement is second-to-none. They actually have phone numbers for branches, which are answered by a real, knowledgeable person. I phoned about the availability in one store of a product, and we had a perfectly sensible conversation without sales push. I now have my product.

Wonderful advice and great service re a new TV and wall mount.
I’d tried various stores for a particular TV but they had no stock.
Leicester was the only store that suggested a slightly better model that was slightly more expensive.

The shop service was excellent, I did have a problem with the delivery, they left it by my front door but didn't ring the bell or knock the door, I only found it after an email saying it had been delivered.
