Levi at Leicester shop was awesome. Always a pleasure to spend my money at a place where they are honest and accommodating to the buyer needs and requirements.

They knew what they were talking about and offered a great price.

As usual.... the team respond quickly to messages, they've bags of enthusiasm (with great product knowledge), they listen and they recommend without it turning into a pitch. I've been a Richer customer for years and I know what I'm going to get every time I head into the shop. Outstanding, again - thank you!

Good telephone experience with Richer Sounds Staff ordered the product I wanted (Samsung Soundbar) delivered 3 days later, and very happy with everything.

I phoned the national telesales phone line and the call was redirected to Richard at the Liecester shop. I knew which TV I wanted to purchase but had a few questions about the product, the price and the warranty. Richard was very helpful in all respects and processed my order very efficiently providing lots of useful additional information about the product and delivery process.

All staff in Richer Sounds Leicester branch were very helpful & understanding -when I had problems with the new TV Id purchased. I contacted the shop to discuss my problems. The stall were very attentive & understanding. They suggested their TV engineer to come to me & try to sort my difficulties. The above was prompt, coming out within the hour. He couldn't fix the problems . He reported back to Richer Sounds, saying the TV was not functioning properly. Richer Sounds arranges with me, to purchase a different model. This I did, with lots help from all the staff. I now have a perfect TV-working properly. Its fantastic-such a clear beautiful colour & sound. THANKS TO ALL-STAFF & MARK (engineer.)
I certainly recommend anyone of thinking of purchasing TVs or other related goods to use Richer Sounds.

I was running late for a meeting so i popped into the Leicester shop to tell them my requirements and said I’d be back 90 minutes later. When I returned Levi had researched the options and presented to me his recommendations. He was spot on and I just knew his first choice of headphones met my needs and was well within my budget. But Levi ways not content that I had made the perfect choice until I had tried them out in the listening room.

Throughout the process Levi did not just exude knowledge, he was also extremely engaging and when he said pop back into the shop to tell him how a forthcoming holiday had gone I believe he genuinely meant it.

I have seen Which? reviews which laud the praises of Richer Sounds. Now I have experienced for myself their knowledge, enthusiasm and customer care I am now a lifetime convert to their brand.

I am aware that if you need an honest and expert opinion on a turntable and speaker set up, then you go to Richer Sounds, it's that simple. Paul was very knowledgeable and patient and informed me of the various set ups. Very pleased with the experience and purchase. Thank you RS.

I needed a 32" television. Small beer for for a store packed with high end equipment. I was treated as if I were spending thousands!
Incredible service, and, of course, I ended up with a superb little telly at a great price.

Well please with both web service and also the staff when i went to pick up my ear bus the following day in store. The staff were very polite, Professional and cuteous.

Super helpful and informative staff, took the time to explain the reasons behind my purchased goods in a way that didn't just feel like a sales pitch!
