Very helpful
Very helpful , was able to listen to the amp before l purchased it very noligable staff which helps a lot. Coming back in a few weeks time for new compact disc ayer . Thank-you to staff at litchfield branch .

Great service as always
Previous experience made me return to Richer Sounds to order a new TV.
I have always found the staff in Lichfield store to be friendly and knowledgable.
However, I ordered the TV as collect from store on the website as the wording on the website was a little ambiguous and made me think the TV was in stock in Lichfield. Had I of known the TV had to be delivered to Lichfield for my collection, I'd have just had it delivered straight to my house. A minor blot though and won't stop me using Richer Sounds again in the future.

Great service - start to finish
I had an idea what I was looking for when I called in but, I was able to discuss and obtain advice from your colleague (Luca) which was really helpful. The equipment was ordered in and delivered to the store (at my request). In the interim, Luca had prepared my speaker cables (fitted with Chord banana plugs) so that all was ready when I went to collect the equipment. He then assisted me in taking the gear to my car.

Helpful and friendly
I was able to try multiple headphones in my own time. I was not pressured to purchase, while being offered advice when request ed.
I was happy to purchase. Much better in person than direct from a website or chain store
