Ordered my TV online and was delivered to my designated store within 2 days.Very impressed with the overall service.
Also the TV comes with 6 years warranty.

Had not used this company for some years and found the whole experiance brilliant and the person that serviced was very helpfull

From start to finish everything went smoothly, they communicated well and were helpful and friendly in the store when I collected my item and carried it to the car for me. I would definitely shop here again and recommend.

During the last couple of visits we’ve felt like staff are rushing and as if there was a big queue when in fact nobody had been waiting. However our last visit on 09/10/26 restored all our faith. The young man we spoke to was knowledgeable, incredibly helpful and spent time exploring all our options before we purchase a turntable whilst supporting us with a refund. I bought myself a new amplifier and speaker cable from the Lichfield branch. Luca has outstanding product knowledge, really took the time to explain my whole system set-up, and even explained how I should connect my cables once I picked them up( He fitted the banana plugs that I had bought). That is the sort of knowledge you only get from a really great shop. Well done.

Great value very competitive knowledgeable staff. Would have been 5 star but the bill required amending after acknowledgment of VIP membership. It was a minor issue.

Dealt with the Lichfield store for the purchase of a Wiim Pro streamer.
Ordered online and collected the next day from store. Sadly around an hour after setting up the unit failed, quickly emailed the Lichfield store and was met with a response from Dawn who had a replacement on the way and to bring the defective one in to swap over. New unit is running perfectly.

The customer service experience has been exceptional, stress free and a pleasure to deal with everyone at Lichfield - well done team!

Initially called in for some guidance on a freesat tv for a holiday home. James was extremely helpful and clearly knowledgable. Having resolved my query I noticed there was a clearance corner of items so enquired about a soundbar - again James was very helpful and did not pressure us in any way. Popped around the town and over a coffee decided to go ahead a buy the soundbar - as a VIP customer I even got 10% further discount.

The web site is easy to navigate and the reviews on the products seem very genuine. Whenever I have called in at the Lichfield branch I have found the staff to be very helpful and knowledgeable about the products with no hard sell.
Delivery of products have been seem less with good communication from both the delivery service and Richer sounds.

Richer Sounds is the only place to go if you want to make informed choices. Tom was knowledgeable and very helpful. Highly recommended.
